How the Photo/Video Bundles Work?

Each bundle gives you creative credit hours, not just “sessions.” That means you can use your time however it best serves your brand, whether that’s on set shooting, in post-production editing, or a mix of both. Your total bundle hours (for example, 96 hours in the Gold Bundle) can be applied flexibly: Full-Day Shoots (≈approximately 8 hours) – Ideal for full productions, including setup, filming, and post-production. How much does professional photography and video cost in Minneapolis?

Headshot sessions are $399 for our 30 minute Executive Express and $699 for our 90 minute Personal Brand Session, each one flat fee with every final image included. Commercial photography, video production and team headshots are quoted per project based on your goals, so you get clear pricing upfront before anything is booked.

What is the turnaround time for photos and videos?

Most photo and video projects are delivered within two to four weeks. Headshot sessions can be delivered the same day. If you need another project sooner, expedited turnaround is available for an additional fee.

What about licensing fees and footage buyouts?

Licensing fees apply when content is used for broadcast TV, paid ads or other paid placements. We also offer buyout options if you want to own the footage outright.

How do Steffen Studios photo and video bundles work?

Each bundle is a block of flexible creative hours, not a fixed number of sessions. You can use your hours for shooting, editing or a mix of both, whatever best serves your brand. For example, the 96 hours in the Gold Bundle can be used as:

Full day shoots (about 8 hours each): best for full productions including setup, filming and editing. This usually covers around 6 complete projects.
Half day shoots (about 4 hours each): best for shorter, focused shoots. This covers up to 12 sessions including editing.
