For programs that want more coverage than the Gold Bundle provides, Platinum sets a fixed hour count and a fixed cost built around what your season and your budget actually call for, so you know the total before the season starts and there are no surprises along the way.
All bundles are hourly credit based, not a flat season fee, so your program can move hours between sports, teams, and events all season long. Upfront payment is standard, with monthly payment plans available on request.

Our Parent Pay option puts a professional headshot session and full digital copy ownership in each family's hands, with fine art prints, metal prints, and canvases available as an add on, shipped straight from the online gallery.

Based in Excelsior and covering high school and college athletics across the western suburbs and greater Minneapolis. There is no travel cost within a 30 mile radius of Excelsior, and we travel further for teams, tournaments, and college programs with travel quoted separately by distance.

What areas do you serve for sports photography and videography?
We photograph and film teams, athletes, and programs across the Twin Cities metro, including Excelsior, Minnetonka, Edina, Minneapolis, Chanhassen, Wayzata, Eden Prairie, and Chaska. There is no travel cost within a 30 mile radius of Excelsior. We also travel for college athletics and regional events, with travel outside that radius quoted separately.
Do you photograph both high school and college teams?
Yes. We work with high school programs, club teams, and college athletics, covering everything from full team rosters to individual athlete portraits, game action video, and live game action photography.
How does the season pricing work?
Our Bronze, Silver, and Gold bundles are hourly credit packages rather than a flat season fee. Schools use their hours flexibly across whichever sports, teams, and events matter most that season, covering photo, video, marketing, branding, and design work.
Can families order prints or pay for their own session?
Yes. Under our Parent Pay option, families book and pay directly for a professional headshot session with full digital copy ownership, plus optional fine art prints, metal prints, and canvases. Under school pay bundles, prints can also be offered to families at the school's discretion.
How far in advance should we book a team session?
We recommend booking two to four weeks ahead of your preferred date, especially during peak fall and spring seasons. Reach out early and we will hold a date that fits your schedule.
