How to prepare for your headshot session
- Bring two or three tops or jackets in solid colors that you feel confident in.
- Schedule a haircut a few days before your session instead of the same day.
- Think about where the photos will be used, such as LinkedIn, your website or speaking bios, so we can match the look.
- Book hair and makeup if you would like a polished finish. It is available in the studio or on site.
- Do not worry about posing. We coach your posture and expression throughout the session.

How much do professional headshots cost in Minneapolis?
Our Executive Express session is $399 for 30 minutes and our Personal Brand Session is $699 for 90 minutes. Both are one flat fee with every final image included, so there are no per photo charges. Team headshots are quoted based on group size and location.
How long does a headshot session take?
The Executive Express session takes about 30 minutes and the Personal Brand Session takes about 90 minutes. Team sessions are scheduled so each person is only away from their work for a few minutes.
How quickly will I get my headshots?
You review your images live during the session and pick your favorites on the spot. Same day turnaround is available when you need your new headshot right away.
Can you photograph our whole team at our office?
Yes. We bring professional lighting, a backdrop and an on site proof selection station to your office anywhere in the Twin Cities, so everyone on your team gets a consistent, polished look.
What should I wear for my headshot?
Solid colors and well fitted clothing work best. Avoid busy patterns, large logos and bright neon colors. Bring two or three options and we will help you choose what looks best on camera.
